Application/writ in high court mumbai

(Querist) 20 April 2013 This query is : Resolved
Respected Sir,
My self a wheelchair mover handicapped person having disability up-to 96%. I have filed a case in M M court Mazgaon against the Mumbai police. The case is related Cyber Crime happen in 29.05.2011, FIR filled in 12.11.2011 and in the matter police has filed C summary to the court in March 2012. I have challenged it by filling the Protest Petition. Honble court accept the protest and reject C summary. Send the Matter for reinvestigation to Cyber Police on 4.08.2012 Cyber police filed Charge sheet against two out-of five accused on 2.2.13. Offence was non-bailable.I have again filled Protest against this charge sheet because police has intensively not charge sheeted to main accused and there are strong proof against him.
Being disable, I had requested to Hon'ble court to take my case on priority and not extend the dates because Due to disability and may time not available of lifts in the court, It is become very difficult to me to the case, and in rainy seasons it create much difficulty to the case, But court not considered my request and two months date that 29th June.
Friends Can I make application to the Chief Justice of Mumbai High court for take as priority or hear my case in high court or Please suggest any other remedy to get Justice. Because the police has played very negative and favourable role to accused, and now the Hon'ble court is not also conceding my difficulty.
Friend suggest a suitable way to me, as earlier you have suggested.God will blessed to you.

you have filed complaint before magistrate court relating to cyber crime . the said case is pending before MM court . you cannot ask high court to hear your case .

at most you can make an application in HC to direct magaistrate to dispose of your case expeditiously preferably within period of 1 year .
you have to make out a case as to why should your case be xpedited when there are thousand of cases pending for disposal for years before MM court
