Plaint in duplicate or duplicate plaint

Dear Sir/Madam,
In a plaint filed in District civil court whether the heading of the plaint should be "DUPLICATE PLAINT FILED UNDER ORDER IV RULE 1 (1) C.P.C" or "PLAINT IN DUPLICATE FILED UNDER ORDER IV RULE 1(1) C.P.C". or both are permissible???

Plaint in duplicate is more appropriate.

It is not a matter of appropriation or misappropriation.Just two plaints are required to be filed.Even you write nothing,no illegality gets attracted Mr. Goyal.

Simple duplicate copy shall also be sufficient.
