Advocate on record of that case / or the party to the suit can apply to Court. Inform case no. date of Order/ Court No / Judge name & pay fees for certified true copy of Doc reqd. {Rs. 7 per page for Urgent/ Rs. 4 for Ordi]
Let Petition writer in court premises write Application. Give him title of case. He will guide further where to submit etc.

Of a decided case anybody can apply for it's copy.Advocate/his clerk/or person himself.
A printed application form is sold in court campus by stamp vendors which is required to be filled with case details such as name of court, number of case, name of parties and date of judgement and copy fees is paid by affixing judicial stamp ticket available with same stamp vendor which would differ for urgently required copies. There after it is lodged with copy section office where it is serialized with a number and when copy gets ready, the same is notified on notice board. If it is not collected timely it gets weeded out.
