What anybody can advice you now? At least if you are selected, give the correct update information. The outcome will be on that how they take this wrong.

Given facts (as described by you) do not indicate any wrong on your part.

at the stage of police verification another detailed form will be filled where all addresses in past five years will be given and all past service and education institutions will be declared.
