Dear Experts,
I have made purchased on online (Myntra) the amount have deduction but they denied about the deduction. I have complaint them about the deduction and they registers the complaint. But the answer come" No" again I have registers the complaint with my account pass book details they said they will reply after one business day but no reply has been comevf Om their side my question is.
1.) can I sue them in any Lowe court like consumer court.
2.) What are the process to apply.

1. If you have merit in your complaint then case in consumer forum lies.
2. Engage an advocate or visit the consumer forum to know the process.
3. Check whether they have any disclaimer clause or not thereby the place of suing is agreed to a particular place only.

You can file complaint with the consumer forum if you have proofs to prove your claim.

you can file complaint against website for deficency in service .

If the services are found to deficient or not satisfactory, you may first send a legal notice demanding your requirement, if there is no reply within the stipulated time or the reply is not satisfactory, you may initiate legal process through local consumer forum.
