House rent allowances

both me and my husband are employees of state govt. both of us are allotted to govt. qtrs.we both are not getting HRA. can we both avail quarters?

I agree with expert Mr. Sudhir Kumar's views that one of the spouses will be entitled to quarters but both will not be eligible for HRA.
