Attestation by Witness

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 25 July 2010 This query is : Resolved
In a will, is it true that the witness should sign at every page of the Will?
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 26 July 2010
No, only at the bottom of the Will shall do.
Daksh (Expert) 26 July 2010
Dear Anonymous,
The opinion of my learned friend Mr.Devajyoti Barman is absolutely correct and the reason for the same is that the witness put sign at the end/bottom of the will stating that they have seen the executor of the will signing the will and thereafter they have put their signature in each other's presence.

Best Regards

no need to sign every page of the will. it is enough if they sign at the end of the will .
