Hi, There is one of my friend is in army.He wants to leave that job and looking for some profession like teacher or advocate. Is it possible to do LL.B. through correspondence and to enrolled with BCI.

No, No university in India is offering LL.B degree through correspondence.

No, BCI does not recognise any deree of law which is imparted throuh distance education system.

LL.B can be done via evening classes Don't sacrifice your Job if your friend is in the mid of his career
Via correspondance you may advice to do BGL/BAL Course through annamalai Univeristy therafter he may go for LL.M course through the same University
But even with LL.M Degree he is not entiled to practice as an Advocate without LL.B degree recognized by the BCI

Sections A and B, Part IV of the Bar Council of India Rules provide that:
"The course of study in law has been by regular attendance at the requisite number of lectures, tutorials or moot courts in a college recognised by a University."
