Respected sir,
my father worked as s.i of police he met an accident and he expired on 2005.we claim the insurance amount via court.
mother 4lakhs
me 4lakhs
grandmother 2lakhs
sister 4lakhs
my question is
my sister is minor she is 12 years old.
when will she got the amount?
whether the interest claim monthly?
nowadays PAN CARD rule is strictly followed in the bank. without pancard the interest is substracted.
whether she is eligible for getting pancard?
after she is major what is the procedure for getting the sanctioned amount
please give me suggestion sir, iam in village idont know about the law.

You have already answered 1/2 question. Your sister shall get amount on her attaining majority. She can also get pan-card at this stage if applied for. I think interest amount/income is not liable for deduction even if paid monthly if she has no other income.
On attaining of her majority, she shall have to move an application to the same MACT and shall have to pray to released FDR and rest procedure is just permission and release by bank.
