is there is need for exceute bail before police file a challan in court
I am 3000 KM awat, and I am sure police wont have any eivdence for flase allegation, they are just try to convince us to give divorce..
Can police file challan without any proof and when proof against FIR is readly available and provided to them

then how does case move forward, only thing which bother me about exceute bond condition that i have to visit police station every week and i stay 3000KM away.
498a was file to force divorce and alimony.
I have audio and video rec of my marriage where it was it allege we refuse to conduct marriage without dowry.

Bail is different from charge sheet (challan). If you have a strong grounds to prove your case, file a discharge petition before the trial court.
Can get bail conditions relaxed.

so should i excute the AB, or wait for police to ask me to come to court.
