can SDM be considered as a judicial magistrate first class? or is there any other executive magistrate who is considered as judicial magistrate first class??

After enforcement of Cr.P.C. 1973,no executive magistrate including SDM can be considered as judicial magistrate first class.

yes i agree with Mr.Bansal and the SDM is the Executive magistrate only
