Car accident

Respected sir

i m working in Indian navy.i made an accident on 11 march 11 by a car within the naval boundary in which a baby girl age 15 yrs lost her left leg (lower portion)on the same day the case handed over to civil police by Naval authorities FIR lodged by Regulating Officer of Indian Navy.there is no case filled by her parents. i given a statement to navy in which i accepted that accidentally this accident happened by me . charges are IPC 279,337,338.sir till now i did not received any notice from court but today morning i got a phone call from Girl,s Father that his advocate told him that first hearing date already gone and second date is on 21 sep i could not attend the hearing on 21 sep. what i should do pls guide me . one more thing i have my driving license and car insurance . Girls father is also a naval person

engage a advocate and file a petition and face the trial.

you get it compromised with ,if her parent is in agreement with you.

since both of you are from navy try to get it compromise otherwise,you will haved to engage an advocate for the same,as the same cannot be an offence trialed by the Navy.
