You are going to carry a business but can not you afford a lawyer while these needs would be a daily affair for you.

We do not answer commercial query.

have i mentioned anywhere here that i amcarrying bussiness , i know that i just want to compare my knowledge with seniors.

A worker is entitled in every calender year annual leave with wages at the rate of one day for every 20 days work performed in previous calender year, provided the worker had worked for 240 days in the previous year.

Leave can be accumulated upto 30 days in case of adult worker. Leave admissible is excluding holidays occuring during or at either end of the leave period. Wage for period mst be paid before leave begins, if leaves are for 4 or more days.

Dear Santosh,

Your post becomes controversial when on one hand your query specifies, "WE WILL make agarabtti here, 250 employees are working here", and also "what is the pay leave for OUR company," which clearly indicates as if you are a businessman and a factory owner, while on the other hand you have shown yourself as a student on your profile.

Contrarily, you have tried to humiliate a senior member, Shri Prabhakar Singh, in bid to term his statement as false by raising a question, "have i mentioned anywhere here that i am carrying bussiness," merely to justify yourself.

Further, you have raised another controversy by stating that you just want to compare your knowledge with seniors, while you did not show anywhere your knowledge, rather you asked a question on CL & PL, as a layman only.

dear sir ,

i am asking only legal question here , yes i am making agarabatti ,if so , can i not be employee ? i have not seen anywhere here this forum will not give opinion to employer. than what about employees
prabhakar singh (Expert) 01 November 2011
Make sure none here will give answer to a query asked by a business man.And from me you shall also not get any answer so long i do not forget it.
If you are a student we are not teacher here.
If you are a manufacturer i am not allowing to misuse our services.
What lawyers will do then??

And from your three posts made and your back ground got cheked by Dhingra ji I am now of conclusive opinion that people like you and many here are borrowing our opinion just to sale it to their near and dear for consideration.

MAY be People like expert Atul kumar may get misguided by chicks like you but i can be never.

Dear Santosh,

You are a member of this site since April 2010, i.e., for the last one and half year. Did not you notice during all that period that the employees are getting proper replies and guidance?

In fact, your own questions creat doubt about you, as to whether you are a businessman, or an employee or a student. Even if you are an employee and you want to compare your knowledge with seniors, I find, you don't have even the basic knowledge about CL and PL, which majority of employees know. BUT you have avoided to reply my question about where did you show your knowledge from which you could compare your knowledge with replies of seniors.

In fact, you are trying just to be smart before the seniors by trying to counter the replies of seniors without any logic behind your posts and posing unwarranted questions, like, "have i mentioned anywhere here that i am carrying bussiness," and "if so , can i not be employee?"

You also forget that your profile shows you as a "student." So, would you now like to pose another question, like, "If I am a student, can I not be an employee?"

Mr Athul kumar is real advocate , advocacy means not only the earaning profession some times advocates have to give free services to clients, as per law also its acceptable .

prabhakar sir , i dont want to speak about the consideration here ,
i was wanted only ans that i have already obtained from atulkumar .

Dear Santosh,

Nobody would desist from sharing knowledge, but your style of raising fingers on seniors, as well as controversial information about yourself was questionable.

Again, your statement "nowhere above i have mentioned that i know about CL,EL,PL" raises a controversy about your own previous statement that you wanted to compare your knowledge with seniors, when you admit that you don't know anything about CL, EL, PL.
