Dear Sir,
She filled a DVA case on me & my family. I filled RCR for reunion on her. In counselling is said she not willing to reunion. Next she asked the maintenance. In RCR in have asked for an Visiting rights now what the judge told is to bring the child on next hearing. They didn't give any reply for my RCR.
- will the judge allow to take my child for a while or not. - Is there any possibility not to bring the child. - When they will give a permanent Visiting rights.

But she said that if the visiting rights give to me it would affect the child in the counselling. There is no other case on me, can she put a different case not related to DVA.

-Yes but that would depend upon the circumstances as decided by the court. - Yes -For permanent custody need to file a separate suit for custody under Guardian and Wards Act.
