Can anyone please let me know that in order to register a will what all docuemnts are required and how it is done???????

none of document require except will.

In UP, during registration copy ID card is compulsory.

yes as simple as no document is require for it, but ID card vital evidence for the identity.

Dear Querist,

Please carry two sets of ID proof and photograph of witnesses and the executor.

They should be personally be present along with the origianl WILL before the office of the sub-Registrar on the date of intended registration.

But if i will only agree then a problem will arise from some toppers hence a write up is necessary.

To register a WILL you NEED THE DEED DRAFTED AND THEN SIGN YOUR SELF AS TESTATOR BEFORE TWO ATTESTING WITNESSES
AND THEN GOT SIGNED BY YOUR TWO ATTESTING WITNESSES IN YOUR PRESENCE WHERE AFTER ALONG WITH YOUR IDENTITY CARD [VOTER/PAN/DRIVING LICENCE]YOU SHALL PRESENT IT BEFORE THE SUB-REGISTRAR AND GET IT REGISTERED ON PAYING REGISTRATION FEES.

That is all about registration of a WILL.
