Traffic problem

there is traffic problem in my street there is always four and five cars parked by neighbours many times i have talked with my neighbour even then they parked there vehile
i want to ask where should i go for this complaint police station or traffic control office ?

you have to approach your local ward counselor. if they are not respond on it then you complain to the nearest police station .

if it is not a no parking zone they cna park the vehicles. if there is traffic problem you have to take up the issue with traffic control office
