Private 498a abd dp 3/4

My wife had filed a 498a abd DP 3/4 with police. but police declared that case false.

She protested at court and now it looks like it will become a private case.

Will there be any difficult is getting bail it this case?

final report submitted by police contains many statements and proof against her. Also proofs of her infidelity with me

Anyway, you have to defend yourself.
You should have no difficulty getting bail
After all, Court have power.

you can get anticipatory bail if the court summons you

After submitting the final report by the police and if the case is switch over as private complaint(u/s.200 Cr.P.C.) then you need not apply for anticipatory bail. Then you may received summon from the Court and just surrender before court and pray for bail.But you have to face the trial for summon and issue process according to provision.
