Sir, I had filed one suit for injunction restraining defendant not to alienate the suit properties it was decreed set ex-party. in which i had filed one contempt petition that the defendant altering the suit properties in Execution petition which was came up for arguments before muncif court. in which the defendant filed one stay petition not to proceed contempt proceedings as if related matters are pending before other courts (sub court ) the learned muncif had given three months stay for not to proceed the contempt, for three months now three months passed my advocate has not taken any steps so far now and i had not apply for copy application till date what are the steps i have to take further in this regards shall i have to take review steps or to go for appeal against that order in CRP high court is time permits for me ? Please help me.

In the given case, you can put an application seeking the matter expediting or may file an appeal against the order staying the further trial.
