Respected sir,
I wish to file a petition against my son who is not living in my own house and using my address fraudulently, unauthorized and illegally and without my permission, I have a dispute with him, so I want he should not enjoy this facility in Income tax, office, banks, insurance , car ,and other institutions.
Whatever you have suggested earlier on this topic, I am following that, sir one big problem I am facing and I seek professional help. Kindly arrange to inform name of Act_________________ and section_____________ so that I may proceed and file before Court vacation in Delhi.
