Willing of co owned property

(Querist) 23 May 2012 This query is : Resolved
I own a house jointly in my name and in my wife's name. We have a son and a daughter. Both are married.Me an my wife live on the ground floor. My son and his family live on the first floor. My daughter lives with her husband in their house. Both me and my wife have drafted our wills. We have left all our moveable assets to each other solely to be enjoyed during their lifetime. We both want to bequeath first floor to the son and ground floor to the daughter. We are not able to write this portion in our will in a proper legal language, which should be un disputable. We presume that me / my wife whoever survives last may have to write another new will for final distribution of movable assets between the 2 siblings.
I request help in drafting the clause for the house inheritance. How to treat the plot of land, common passages/stairs/parking etc in the 2 wills Thanks
Aditya
