Information about aicte norms

sir,
i want to know tht any AICTE approved institution can take more admission than their intake..?is AICTE law has any provision regarding this?
i mean to say that if AICTE has given total intake 60 for admission in PGDM but college is taking admission more than this intake..is it possible by law?

AICTE doesnot declare that, it depends on the university to which the college is affiliated to sanction seats.
