Missing of sale deed

Sir,
Against a certified copy I started a House building loan processing from SBI assuming that the sale deed may be some where in the house. But when It was asked by their legal consultant to show the sale deed , I started searching the house but every thing was in vain. The lawyer advised me to take the loan from other banks by producing FIR copy of lost,Corresponding Affidavit and Paper advertisement now the loan is under processing from HDFC.
My querry here is that Shall I file a RTI to state Bank or any other Bank to collect all address of other Banks ,so that through other RTIs I can get the information of my lost sale deed that would have been mortgaged for loan by any other person .
Please advice or say other wise

Its not possible to avail the loan to third party on the basis of sale deed.
