Rights of married & expired daughter's children on her father property

My grandfather had one sister, she got married and died before a year. now her children are asking for right on my grandfather's property. which is now legally is on my father's name.

Please suggest is it legally right.

If it was not the self acquired property of your grandfather then certainly the grandfather's sister's children can claim. If it was self acquired then it would devolve on his children or widow.
