Gift of property from parents to daughter

my parents purchased a property in Unitech apartments (Gurgaon) in 1993. As there daughter, I have been residing there ever since. They now wish to gift the property into my name.

What is the legal procedure involved. Do I need to hire a lawyer for this. What is the cost for gifting a property.
