i want to know what steps to be taken when a employee who signs the service agreement and after working for some months and leaves the company without informing nor without giving resignation letter without surrendering the company properties.
As company spends lot of expenses what is the procedure to recover the those expenses

There are three remedial measures in such cases:

1) Filing a legal suit in the court of law, after due notice to the employee, for compensation as per terms of agreement; and

2) Filing a report with the police about misappropriation of the assets of tyhe company in his possession, if not returned to the company; and

3) Termination from service after obsering necessary disciplinary procedings as per the Certified Standing Orders for the employees or the CDA Rules, as the case may be.

only we have send two email since last one month to him regarding when he is attending duties as the project is pending
should i have to send charge sheet followed by show cause and disciplinary proceedings then i should send legal notice and file the case or
without all this can i send legal notice and if he does not turn up can i file case in which court
