Vat tax knowledge.

Dear sir,

i opened a business in raipur chattisgarh, where the purchase was around 12 lakhsfrom delhi against c-form,
and i sold goods worth 6 lakhs.

i paid a vat of 22k in 1st quarter, now my work has incurred loss and i want to shift this to my home town to save ma rent etc.
i have to take the goods to ma home town and also clear the old vat some where roughly 60k + but that will again cause me loss
so,
please advice.

You are legally liable for VAT tax irrespective of your further losses. There is no chance to hide your liability.

sir,
Things are a bit better now, i am planning to shift the business and stock to hyderabad,i opened a firm there with tin and cst number, now
can u guide me with the following.

1, i can send the stock on the name of hyd firm, with bill and form 600 right??

2, whats the tax amount i have to add/mention (frm company`s billing of haryana to raipur bill included o/p 1% cst(against Cform-baddi) which i submitted here and gave the c-form to the company)
so whats the amount of % from raipur to hyd.

3, bill and form 600 are enough to send the stock by fedex legally? yes/no

4,i have to fill details for transfer of stock with seal and sign, no attestation of govt office needed now? i can file the sale report frm my raipur office at the time of my filing? yes/no
