Regarding 66a

(Querist) 07 February 2013 This query is : Resolved
respected sir
i am a development officer working in lic of india.regarding the job profile.i have to meet so many persons daily.some are my agents some are parties of my agents.meanwhile police interrogated me about threatening messages.party with whom we have dispute over agri land under tenancy act registered a complaint that someone is threatening him through mobile.police said that they have traced the imei no of my mobile.
honestly speaking sir i am well known about information technology basics since while preparing for the competitive exams one must be aware of info tech. and its applications.
sir, police have registered a case under i.t .act 66a.due to it i underwent 2 days of pcr.they recovered mobile.but their data was showing 2 imei no mobiles were used to make messages.but they could not find another mobile since it was not possessed by me.it is a conspiracy desgined by opponents to trap me.i am sole person in family who is in service.opponents think by embbarrasing me we will surrender to them.police were biased mind and done with prejudices.they even didn't listen the background of this case.as if they were executing the preplanned object.what could be the solution please direct me in this critical situation.
