Obc certificate for central institutions

Hello ,
I am resident of MP. i made a NC OBC certificate in format of GOI and signed by SDM.The problem is that in certificate the field "entry number" is written according to the state obc list,though my cast is listed in cetral obc list also , when i asked them about this , they said we follow state orders not the central govt. orders. Now will this certificate work or should i make a new one with entry number according to central list and what should i tell the authorities so they will write the entry number according to central obc list.
another thing could be that community entry number in the certificate is something else , which is not the serial number in the central list and what is written is right.

The certificate issuing authority verifes the list before issuing the certificate.The same is accepted by the recruiting body.You just produce the same.

My query is they verified the list and wrote the write entry number but , they checked state list for OBCs and not the central list for OBCs. when i asked them about this they said we follow only state orders not the central list for OBC.
another question is why can't they mentioned the central list entry number . Aren't they abide for that?

The other backward class list maintained by the central government is the same backward class list maintained the states,the only difference is the change in numbers.There is no material change either in the nomancalture or the community.Therefore send a representation to the National commission for Backward classes for dealing the same.The web address:justicemnrao@gmail.com
