Can properties in nagarpalika keeps on appearing in 7/12

(Querist) 09 March 2013 This query is : Resolved 
All House properties in Muncipality area are expected to be enrolled in Property record of Muncipality. But many of these are still being shown in 7/12. Why it is so? Who is responsible for correction in such records.

Your expectations are not right. In many municipalities the similar position do occur.
