Under Section 173(8) of Crpc CBI has powers to further investigate and file additional documents even after filing of the chargesheet Pls Quote relevant Judgement and grounds on which additional documents file by CBI can be opposed after chargesheet has been filed and cross examination of Witnesses has been done ??
