Dear Prabakhar Sir,
First of all thanksfor your reply against my query related to my case continue to yesterday case.
There is question rise by you in the reply so as per my understanding you want to know how plantiff know about the our aggrement. so i will clear out your question ? plantiif showed that as his aggrement done on June2006 and decided sale deed on 30th nov. 2006. our registry done on 17 nov. 2006. so as he is working with advocate he showed presence in front of tehsildar and showed he is present complete the contract part i.e coming for sale deed and seller is not present.Then he takes all the details from our registry and file case with seller and keep party to us.
