As per the judgment, the applications have been dismissed.

The Applications have been dismissed as the same have been filed in a Appeal Case, which appeal was already disposed and not pending.

Does this mean - Dunlop India is free from winding up case ?? what is the legal status of Dunlop India Limited?

Yes. Dunlop is now free for winding up because there is no pendancy of appeal.

It will depend upon as to what was decided in the main petition, which stood disposed as per the High Court.

These two applications have been made in a disposed of appeal. Hence, these applications are dismissed as infructuous. There will be no order as to costs.

disposed means decided irrespective of in whose favour. order tells that some applications had been filed in a decided case hence no order can be passed and the applications became infructuous and dismissed.
