Summon by publishing in media

Dear sir,
kindly share your expert veiw that some one is saying me that after publishing in media by family court in 125 case, it will be deemed to serve the summon to respodent.
kindly suggest that, i am living in out of state and not aware any things about the case and family court did not issue summon to my resident address. in such circumstances, if the notice is published in both places in my native place as well as in places where i am residing then further proceeding can be started and the such order can be executed on me.
kindly suggest.

if u do not appear in said court after publication then u will be proceeded exparte by court as publication is fully effective mode of service.

WHEN A PERSON EVADES SERVICE,THE COURT ADOPTS ALTERNATIVE COURSE ,THAT IS, TO SERVE HIM BY SUBSTITUTED SERVICE BY PUBLICATION WHICH IS RECOGNIZED MODE OF SERVICE.AFTER PUBLICATION YOU SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN SERVED AND YOUR ABSENCE SHALL DEPRIVE YOU TO CONTEST THE CASE AS THE COURT SHALL GRANT RELIEF PRAYED EX PARTE.

If the summoned person does not appear after publishing, it is deemed that the summon is served and ex party proceedings starts.
