Property purchased without daughter sheres

state : karnatakaOne of the property purchased from saller , they had parationed all the property with ancestral propert through registered paration deed without allocating share for thier daughter in 2000, i have purchased one of the site from them in 2003, now thier sisters are claiming share for his ancestral property in court will it effect my rights.

Father has 4 sons and 5 daughters
in 2000 father and sons done paration along with ancestral property with register deed without allocating any share to thier daughter
i have purchased one of the sites from one share holder in 2003
will it effect my raights
can you please give me refrence case if exists

Prima facie, it will definitely affect your rights. In any case, one has to see as to what has been stated by the daughters in the case filed by them. Further more, one has to see your documents as well before expressing any view in the issue.

Initially you should have checked the title of property. It is mandate by law.

It effects your title.

Now go carefully in your sale deed you will find that the sellers has taken responsibility in case of title is no found clear. You may take advantage of this clause.

File FIR against all the sellers that they have cheated you. It will compel them to settle their own dispute.

Let them file a suit. (better you don't file first) do not worry. There are so many ifs and buts and finally you will get success.

but i heard HSC 2005 amendment act 6
before sep 2004 took place any partation deed with registation act and court decree will not effect is it true, if you have any case# please pass onto me

appears to be case barred under limitation. But you should meet an advocate near you with all papers.
