Regarding a flat

I have filed DV and divorce case in kerala. My husband and I am co-owrners for a flat in Bangalore.he has rented out the same but claiming that he jas not let it out to avoid giving me the half of the rent.
Can anyone suggest a way to prove that the flat is rented out.

check with the society . prior permission of society is necessary for giving flat on leave and license . in addition society must be having copy of the agreement in its records

by society, do you mean the executive committee/flat owners association?

by society i mean cooperative housing society . if no society formed then association formed by members
