Limitation to file case

Dear sir/madam,

My case is related to the medical negligence and i want to that the limitation of this case has ended or not. on 14 July 2012, a doctor has penetrated injunction on wrong place of leg, due to this the leg has paralyzed and had host their power.

For Consumer Complaint limiit is 2 years, otherwise for institution of compensation (civil) 3 years whereas for a criminial complaint no limit (however, it has to be within reasonalble time)
