Illegal construction of house in joint land

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that we have the land in joint name of 03 family members as per revenue record and one of member is doing the construction on that land with out my notice. I want to stop the construction, so you are requested to kindly advise me the procedure to do the same.

your early action regarding the above shall be highly appreciated.
