Under section 25a of Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Societies Act -- what are the conditions in which the dy registrar gets the power to order for deletion of names of the members from the register of a cooperative housing society >? Any case laws please on the section. ?

The committee of a society shall remove from the register of its members the name of a person who has ceased to be a member or who stands disqualified by or under the provisions of this Act for being the member
or continuing to be the member of a society :
Provided that, if the society does not comply with the requirement of this section, the Registrar shall direct such society to remove the name of such person, and the society shall be bound to comply with such direction.]

No Mr. Kalaiselvan : The committee of a society shall remove from the register of its members the name of a person (who has ceased to be a member) or (who stands disqualified) by or under (the provisions of this Act) for being the member
or continuing to be the member of a society :
Provided that, if the society does not comply with the requirement of this section, the Registrar shall direct such society to remove the name of such person, and the society shall be bound to comply with such direction.], CLEARLY section 25a is not adjudicatory in nature - it depends upon some other provisions under which a member is ceased to be member or is disqualified from being member -- what those other provisions could be.?

Mr.Kaliselvan, sec 25a gets attracted when sec 11 or sec 22(1)A gets ignited.
