Nomination bt Govt. requires notification to be issued. Is there any way to incorporate a provision in the articles of the company that 'such officers' will be the directors??
so that when such officers changes, the other person who holds the position becomes the director automatically without any further notification required

Academic query.

Your initial question was whether a person holding a Government post can be appointed as a Director of a Government company? The same was replied appropriately. Now, you have come forward with another academic quetion that has no relevance with the issue raised by you through your previous question.

You should not try to mix up the things of the statement about promoters included in the Memorandum & Articles of Association, which is an event before the start up of a company, and the appointment of directors subsequent to the incorporation of the company. Do you think every time the Government thinks to replace a Director, that should also revise the Memorandum & Articles of Association?

Although, your academic query was entertained initially, but as a trainee, you should not expect the experts to hold tutorials pertaining to the company law to solve your academic queries. If you have any doubt pertaining to your training related test, better check with your training instructor or the company secretary of your organisation.

Here, better come with a specific problem, if you really have in your practical life.
