tenancy at will

R/Experties
A is owner of land and B is recorded as tenant at will in Girdawari records. A wanted to take the possession of his land he Orally asked to B not to cultivate his fields again as he wants to cultivar himself but B did notstop. Now option A have. He should file a suit for possession or eviction or restoration please guide .

A CAN FILE SUIT FOE EVICTION.

Suit for eviction can be filed.

If the revenue records show that B is a tenant and had been cultivating the land for a long time, it is better to issue notice terminating the tenancy and file an eviction suit under due process of law.
