Dear Sir,

I have to purchase one property in Lucknow but I do not know what is the stamp duty and registration charges and if I do registry in my wife name there is some discounted rate of stamp duty in case of female.

Kindly request you to suggest me about the same. I would be thankful to you.

yes.on line you can check the latest stamp duty and regn.charges for land regn. and also rebates for women ,who seek land registration.

As stamp duty differs from State to State, please check with the office of the local Registrar or current Stamp Duty applicable in the state.
