Dear experts
my father has kept one lawyer for his cases for many years due difference of opinion he has open his head in his car key in court premeiss in 2011 and my father was 65 year old and he was taken to hospital after that thier was amicably settle did by lawyer association president that you have made worng you should not done like that and the you have to give his all cases back he will keep another lawyer and lawyer association president decided that my father has to give ten thousand rs my father paid as they told after few months his health was upset he use to get head ache and fever and on april 2011 he got mild attack and he was hospitalised for few months and my father dieded on march 14 2013 my question is my wife who is not staying with me since dec2010 has given cases to that beaten lawyer he knows all the property of my father that lawyer also know this is own self acquired property and my wife has put a case on my mothet that my son want share in his grand father property has he is minor instead of my minor son make me a part in the pratiation suit which my elder bother is put on my mother and my father has made the will in my mother name.
my query is
1.can i take any action against that beaten lawyer?
2.will that baten lawyer can handle my wife case and that lawyer is taking revenge on us know by miss guiding my wife?
3.will my wife can become in a party in partation suit?

any citizen of India including lawyers are amenable to criminal prosecution.
So you can lodge complaint against him in the police.
Wife can not become a party in partition suit if she has no share in any of the properties.

Since there was an amicable settlement and aprox. 2 years have passed, it is doubtful any criminal case would succeed against the lawyer.
nothing prevent the lawyer to advise him to your wife.
Wife can not become a party in partition suit for the property of your father.

As properly observed and opined by expert Mr. Goyal, reopening of the amicably settled old issue will not fetch any fruitful at this belated stage. In partition case, your wife cannot become a party.
