Police verification

(Querist) 10 May 2014 This query is : Resolved
I am selected for a central government job & they have sent me an attestation form for police verification . In the attestation form i mentioned about the private company where i worked ; there i didn't served the notice period of 15 days but they deducted the notice period recovery amount from my salary . sir will it be a problem during police verification ?

It is a civil dispute, not criminal.
So nothing to worry.
All the best for new job.

no it wont be a problem during police verification . basically govt wants to know whether you have any criminal cases pending against you .

The police verification is only for the purpose those person have any criminal record or not . No need to worry on that reason. All the best for your New Job

Matter must be over in such condition.

Nothing to worry if your past organisation does not say to police that you were involved in any criminal or terrorist activity during your employment.

yes, it is still very much a civil dispute.
