Dear Sir,
my wife file a false allegation to me and my family . when the police do enquiry then they understand everything is false or report is in my favour . my question is what I do next .

If you are not in Uttar Pradesh and the FIR is registered by the Police then first you should take anticipatory bail from District or High Court.After getting bail you can file a Quashing Petition in High Court.
