1. You said that he is your brother, isn't he?
2. However, you can send your complaint letter with evidence to your brother's office & also the District Magistrate,
3. The consequence may be that finally your brother will loose his job and also be sent behind the bars, if he has committed any crime as detected by you.

Dear Ganguly, here in our case what I see that my brother is not the direct beneficiary. The blame will come first on the head of Family Head who is responsible. Secondly the blame will come to the members, if they got any direct benefits from Govt.Schemes (with the help of Ration Card) like interest free loans, Crop Insurances etc.
Thanks for your suggestions please....

Dear Ajay, That is not like that. Now I am forced to think in that way, because, in spite of not paying back my money (11 Lakhs) my brother filed a FIR through my sister-in-law (Cheating Case under sections 120B IPC, 420-IPC 156(3) CrPC ) and they produced a FALSE and forged receipt that they have already paid 11 lakhs to me.
Now I am forced to think.....

So ultimately the motive is to take revenge and for that you are looking for advise/suggestion from this forum to do a thing against an individual with wrong motive/intention. If that is what is your intention behind posting this query, you may not get a proper reply.
