I got married last year.this year i filed the mutual divorce on the month of july.i got next date on November.is that any possibilty of next.

If date of marriage is more than one year from July, 2014 then it can be filed but final date of hearing is not possible before January, 2015.

since you have filed for divorce after one year of staying separate in July 2014 you wont get divorce before januray 2015 . 6 months is minimum cooling period for filing for divorce

agreed, six months cooling period has to be observed before final hearing in the mutual consent divorce.
