Sir,
I am residing at Aurangabad Maharashtra. During Jan2013,six persons demolished my house. I was not remain present while demolishing the house, but a CC camera shooted and recorded the shootings. A C.D contained these video shootings was submitted to the JMFC court. The Government Pleader is saying like this " your case is week, the ÇD is not certified by Nodal Officer "
The case is at appearance stage. I am complainant, case is filed by state. The actual evidence is yet to be started. What action to be taken by my side to get punishment to accused. Kindly advise me. Who can certify?
Regards

The person who is having camera and taken snaps (if the camera is movable)is to issue the certificate. If it is CCTV then the owner of CCTV to issue the certificate, which (Certificate u/s 65B IEA) has to become part of investigation by IO, before filing of charge-sheet.

The footings have to be testified, also take a certificate of the owner of CCTV and submit to the IO.
