Name change

hello sir, my father name in 10th & 12th is written in short (I Hussain).but in all the other document it is written as Imtiyaz hussain.what should i do as it create problem for passport verification. please suggest me.

get ur name name corrected in all testimonials by obtaining a decree of court, as it will trouble u in future also when u go abroad for permanent settlement or for study.
