Sir
i am defendant and i have taken cross of pw1, but various Question not ask as opposite side lawyer restrict giveing reason that my mrs filed cross case and same is ask for that reason .
2. Now order for defendant evidence and i want to ask more question and even chief affidavit file by plaintiff and evidence closed for them again other side adv request for further evidence
3. Now what can i do whether file evidence or and how ask more question if court not allow again as cross already taken on recall petition.
4. how restrict to file further evidence of plaintiff
5. and as forgery sign by plaintiff then how its covered.
6. Cert.copy of cross also yet not receive as i am file Copy appl. which help in my evidance....
pls guide urgently

To know the procedure of evidence of witness on dock, talk to your lawyer.

Sir i am in person and take cross of PW1 after recall petition by me but few question yet pending, how i can do it if court place matter for defendants evidence. while other side adv. also wants to file further evidence where as plaintiff evidence already closed
Copy appl. file for statement of cross of pw1 which yet pending.
