I had applied through proper channel and consequent upon receiving of appointment letter for programmer, i submit my resignation at previous department and joinedimmediately at MDU rohtak. Moreover, my new selection process was written test & interview. Both r permanent posts.

Usually new employer will not carry over the pension liability for the past service. Moreover you have been recruited in the Rohtak University recently and all new recruits will be governed by new pension scheme. However you are eligible for pension from your old employer as per entitlement. You may consult both of them to decide further course of action.
